Woodley park

Rear addition, interior renovation, new garage. This stately Woodley Park row house was in need of a complete renovation. The existing rear addition was in poor condition and was completely rebuilt. The existing garage was razed and rebuilt to the width of the property, in order to accommodate two cars. The garage and addition required approval from the Historic Preservation Review Board.
