Corcoran Street Residence
This house was in dire need of an update. The first floor was completely renovated, including the kitchen and existing powder room. The front entry was made more open by removing a closet and reworking a mechanical room. On the second floor a large hallway bathroom was divided into two separate bathrooms. One bathroom was incorporated into a master suite. A den with a skylight was carved out of the two existing generously-sized bedrooms.
